Jurado Srls is committed to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility to return the product within 30 days from the delivery date.
Our return policy covers all standard products, including pliers, hydropneumatic equipment, and related accessories.

General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be intact, unused, and complete with the original packaging, including any instructions and accessories.
You must provide the order number and proof of purchase.
Products showing damage, signs of wear, or tampering will not be accepted for return.

Products Excluded from Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products
  • Components or equipment developed specifically upon customer request
  • Products damaged, used, or modified after purchase

How to Request a Return

To start the procedure, you must contact our customer service via email at [insert email], indicating:

  • Order number
  • Product to be returned
  • Reason for the request

Our team will review the request and, if approved, will issue an RMA code (Return Merchandise Authorization) with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Once authorization is obtained, the product must be shipped to the address provided along with the RMA code.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the product properly to prevent damage during transport.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of error by Jurado Srls. We recommend using trackable shipping methods.

Refund or Replacement

After receiving and checking the product condition, we will proceed with a refund or replacement.
The refund will be issued within 7–14 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
You may request a replacement with another product available in our catalog.
If damages or missing parts are found during inspection, restoration costs may be applied, after notifying the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Product

If the received product is defective or does not match the order, please report it within 7 days of delivery.
In this case, Jurado Srls will cover the pickup and replacement costs, ensuring fast handling to minimize operational downtime for the customer.

Returns for B2B Customers

Our return policy also applies to business customers.
For purchases issued with an invoice, the invoice number must be provided when submitting the request.
Refund times and methods may vary depending on administrative procedures.

Return Processing Times

Upon receiving the product, its integrity and compliance will be checked.
Afterwards, the customer will receive an email notification with the outcome of the return process.
Quality control is normally completed within 5 business days from receipt of the package.
