The clinching machines are simple to use and easily insertable in the production processes. In fact for functioning they need only compressed air at pressures between 2 and 7 bar and can be used in both ways: static (workbench) or portable; moreover they are easy to automate. The clinching processes needs neither electricity nor special cooling systems normally used for spot welding. In any case the clinching is a process that do not involve thermal shock next to the point of the junction. Regarding the attention to the environment, in this times where ecology is always more important and European rules in the matter become every time more restrictive, our technology respond in excellent way for this aspect, as a matter of fact our machines present a low energy consumption, do not produce fumes and slag. Finally from the safety point of view our machines have excellent characteristics as during its functioning there is no formation of the sparks or incandescent parts. Ultimately we deal with a technique that represents unquestionable superiority regarding other joining methods:

  • It is a system that requires neither the addition of auxiliary material nor outer elements (e.g. rivets, screws or other materials) doing the junction fulfilled through the exploitation of the mechanical elasticity property of the sheet metal that are joined.
  • It is a system that presents a better profit thanls to the absence of waste material.
  • It involves a low energy consumption in fact the power requested to activate the pneumatic and hydraulic supply of the machines is in the order of 1 kW.
  • It is a swift system due to the possibility of making each point with cycle time in the order of 1 sec.
  • It is a system that can be performed both manually and automatically so it is easily insertable in the production system.
  • The machines are very handy.
  • It is not required the preparation of the pieces.
  • Quality control of the assembly quickly executable and with straightforward tools.
  • It allows the union of different material types between them.
  • It allows the union of prepainted or plastic coated materials.
  • It do not damage the coating.
  • Fine aesthetic quality of the point.
  • It allows the union of aluminium.
  • The junction presents excelent resistance carachteristics to corrosion.
  • Leaner production line thanks to the diminution of the operations.
  • Long tool life.
  • Low manteinance costs
  • Does not involve the emission of fumes or sparks.
  • It is compatible with adhesives interposed between the plates.

The initial investment has a short recovery time.
